Cursor Does Not Move On Laptop

Creole competition in the Pavilion Hannover - Day 2

comments on the first five bands from Friday will further contribute to a .

6th Evelyn Kryger (Balkan Dysco Polka Hopsza)
The second evening began very dynamically .. Again were the saxophone and electric violin combined with amusement I saw that it was the same violinist, who had opened with Hòlabesh the first evening. The musician is playing in several projects known, but has shown to this festival several times.
think it was nervousness, which was responsible for some weird sounds .. The first two pieces were part of the Balkan category and had unfortunately not much variability. This is dance music and there is something secondary. The dialogue between saxophone and violin was a few times in these first pieces exhausting. The third song, there were variations of the tango and they were convincing.

7th Aavaan (Persian mystic Melodies)
first I was surprised. I wondered what that has to do with world music. Two musicians from Hanover, whose parents continued to play live in Iran and his own traditional compositions on traditional instruments. Persia or Iran has an ancient musical traditions and the old instruments are the basis of many other modern instruments. But then it became clear that here hold two Hanoverian about music emotional contact with the country of their parents. And that is also part of the World, when traditional music is played in other contexts. The percussionist was also the drummer of Hòlabesh.

8th Royal Basement Ensemble (Global Jazz) The
Wing was re-rolled onto the stage and very young jazz musicians played rousing high quality. Apparently the musicians had brought their Mitabiturienten. Even with the announcement of the show it was louder than ever before heard the applause of some bands. I especially liked the Multiinstrumentalität. Individual instruments were changed in the piece, while there was a great enthusiasm that shone from the gestures and facial expressions of the musicians.

9th Arte e Musica (Round the Mediterranean Sea)
After a break we went on calmly. Serenity musicians, including now the third time Kaveh Madadi, playing music, the guitarist and band leader was introduced to Francesco Impastato. These were explicitly political songs against the mafia, against the water shortage or against the benefits of Islam. The band is a long time in various formations around the bandleader and musical, this also reminded of music on the 80's and 90's.

10th Yala Yala Zootones (Explosive Ska-Jazz)
The evening and the festival ended with dance music. Here were two musicians of the first band of the night back on stage and yet it was natural that the other band Evelyn Kryger. For my taste there was too much party music.

After ten bands we asked in the foyer, where now a world-beat-party waiting for should shorten the result of the jury and the outcome of the spectators price .
